Project Management -

A well-defined approach to project execution and strong project management values is what drives all of Roeslein’s projects. We know you measure results by cost, schedule, and quality: our Four-Phase Approach ensures that.

Phase 1: Conceptual Design

We use our engineering, consulting, and project management expertise to fully develop your project. This phase results in the Scope, Budgets, Responsibilities, Schedule, and Preliminary Design providing the data needed for the final feasibility study.

Phase 2: Detailed Engineering

In this phase we complete the following design packages: Process System Layout & Associated Drawings, Building Design Criteria, Utility & Ancillary/Support Systems, Structural Details, Electrical Systems Engineering, Equipment Specifications and Bid Document Preparation.

Phase 3: Procurement/Implementation

Here we address all off site activities including scheduling and procurement production equipment, raw materials, construction materials, permits, start up materials, and contractors. We also handle the Unitizing, Preassembly, and Modularizing, as well as electrical control system hardware and software.

Phase 4: Installation & Start-Up

This is the culmination of your project. We take your project from installation through the start-up process by the established milestone. We will also train production personnel and help with operations consulting and troubleshooting.
