On October 31, Roeslein & Associates, Inc. celebrated the one-year acquisition anniversary of Sager Metal Strip Company (Sager) in Michigan City, Indiana. The move adds an additional 100,000 square feet of conveyance fabrication space and expanded from 30 full-time employees to 43.
Roeslein & Associates Announces Acquisition of Servtech, Inc.
Roeslein & Associates has acquired Servtech, Inc., a vertically integrated, custom manufacturer of equipment for the oil and gas markets and mission-critical data center systems. This move will position Roeslein to play a more significant role in these markets and contribute to expanded capacity for the company’s current process skid systems.
Roeslein Poland Celebrates 3 Year Anniversary
On October 1, Roeslein & Associates, Inc. celebrated the three-year acquisition anniversary of MCS Technology in Debno, Poland. Since the acquisition, the Poland office has expanded from 18 full-time employees to more than 100 and increased its footprint to more than 10,000-square-meters.
Native Plant Sale with Roeslein’s Environmental Stewardship Committee
Roeslein’s Environmental Stewardship Committee hosted its first Native Plant Sale organized by the Missouri Prairie Foundation. The sale was held in the parking lot at 9200 Watson Road in St. Louis, Missouri on September 30th from 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
