Throughout the month of June, Roeslein & Associates continuously highlighted safety tips and took a thorough look at safety standards and practices on behalf of National Safety Month. With safety being their highest priority, Roeslein strives to provide the best training and information to all of its employees.
Safety is at the heart of the business at Roeslein & Associates. Brendan Georgeff, Environmental, Health, and Safety Specialist, said “Roeslein strives to maintain a safe work environment at all times. We continually encourage every Roeslein employee to have a proactive mindset when it comes to safety in the workplace. This can range from reporting incidents, actively participating and attending safety committee meetings, or just looking out for others around you. An old quote goes, “Safety is not a gadget but a state of mind.” Once we achieve this state of mind, we will reach our safety goal.”
Participating in National Safety Month is something that Roeslein looks forward to every year. This year, their dedication to safety was proven with their Modular Fabrication facility reaching over 1 million hours without a lost time incident for the second time in five years; an amazing accomplishment achieved by the Roeslein team. All 7 offices are taking place in the celebration with weekly safety topics being sent to each location and all employees signing an in house Why I Work Safe banner explaining why safety is important to them.
In conclusion of National Safety Month, Roeslein will hold an all company meeting where company leadership will discuss safety standards and review all safety statistics from the previous year.
