LIMITLESS CUSTOMIZATION. SEAMLESS INTEGRATION.

Modular Systems

Shorter timelines. Lower costs. Higher quality. More safety. While not technically an industry, modularization is the industrial solutions model we consistently apply to projects in can making, renewables and oil and gas. No two clients are the same, and we believe each one deserves their own personalized modular solution we’ll design, construct and install in a way that minimizes risk and maximizes controllability.

At Roeslein, our global culture allows teams to work in unison. Instead of the traditional step-by-step process, modularization schedules involve design, construction and installation teams working and collaborating at the same time.

Modular Means More

SAFETY

With modularization, on-site man hours, overhead work and “trades-stacking” are all reduced, thereby significantly reducing safety risks due to fewer workers and on-site operations.

Quality

Modularization project quality is higher due to controlled shop fabrication. Increased collaboration enables more frequent and effective quality control checks in shop before installation.

Speed

Modularization allows fabrication, installation and connection crews to work in unison, significantly shortening project timelines.

Cost Efficiency

By combining our modular approach with our concept-to-completion capabilities, modularized units are built at grade in the Roeslein shop, reducing costs while complying with OSHA requirements.

Certainty

Unlike general stick-built projects where escalating costs and contract extensions are likely, modular system costs are firm, upfront and free of change orders unless the project scope changes.

Climate Controlled Construction

Severe weather can push back productivity. At Roeslein, all modules are built indoors with no chance of delays or complications due to rain, snow, mud or frost all year long.
