Roeslein Construction & Operational Services

Concurrent, Lean, Modular Construction

One step at a time? Not with Roeslein. Our OSHA-certified teams collaborate from the very beginning to execute site work, utilities and building construction in conjunction with the fabrication of process modules. In addition, our specialized prefabricated, preassembled, modular and offsite fabrication (PPMOF) approach reduces project risks associated with lack of available manpower at site, adverse weather conditions and overlapping site trade work.

As our global construction and installation services propel each project forward, individual teams maintain a primary focus on safety, quality and time efficiency.

Construction Management

This team makes sure projects are executed safely and efficiently, on time and on budget. By coordinating with on-site team members and customers while creating and maintaining the project schedule, our construction management team takes complete on-site ownership from start to finish.

Start-up and Commissioning

From the moment our construction management team activates this group, the start-up and commissioning team takes on full responsibility for getting everything up and running. Working closely with the customer, this team ensures the project will operate at target production rates to guarantee a successful handover.

Operational Services

If you don’t have your own team, that’s fine. You can always rely on Roeslein. While operational services vary for each project and industry, troubleshooting, process optimization and plant design can be involved in any step of the process. Often these services play a role in start-up and commissioning.

Specialized Trade Support

The more we work together, the more we can make a bigger, better difference. At Roeslein, our construction crews and start-up and commissioning crews (and occasionally client teams) actively collaborate with rigging, piping and electrical specialists who support the installation of such items on a jobsite.

Lean Construction

To continue improving our processes, Roeslein implements the tools, practices and strategies of Lean Construction in every project. Lean has been successfully used by companies worldwide to drive high levels of efficiency and profitability by reducing wasted resources like time, movement and potential.

Quality Control Monitoring

Ensuring top quality is one of our top priorities. Roeslein Construction Management guarantees all equipment, mechanical, electrical and support material is installed as required by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and engineering specifications. Following every installation, Roeslein Construction and Commissioning Teams perform detailed walk-throughs before turning over to clients for a final functional checkout.
