Passion-Fueled. Result-Driven.
Before we do anything, our professional services will ensure we have the plan, the designs and the materials to do it right. By working closely with our clients and each other, our consulting, engineering, project management and procurement teams offer a more collaborative and productive approach, tailored to your specific project.
The earlier we meet, the more effective we can be. Consulting Roeslein at the beginning of your project allows us to implement Prevention through Design (PtD) strategies and Integrated Project Delivery (IDP) executions that ensure a safe, smooth process.
From the moment you connect with us, we’ll listen to you to make sure we obtain a full understanding of your goals and ambitions. Then we’ll begin to strategize the best way to make it happen, incorporating capital budgeting, feasibility studies, marketing planning and process flow diagrams.
At other companies, they’re called engineers. At Roeslein they’re called imagineers. Unlike many of our competitors, our professional engineering team combines results-driven strategies with an innovative mentality to create more precise and individualized designs with final project construction, plant operations and maintenance in mind.
And they won’t stop there. Our engineering approach spans the entire project scope and takes into consideration existing site arrangements, operating plant productions schedules, specialized site safety plans and materials lead times. From the initial planning all the way through construction, Roeslein’s imagineers will stay available to quickly resolve any potential challenges.
One of the keys to maximizing efficiency is managing effectively. At Roeslein, the project management team you start with is the team you’ll stay with, phase after phase, step by step, from concept to completion.
It might not be easy — but they’ll make it seem that way. From day 1, your project managers will be your personal guides, remaining actively involved on the front lines to directly manage customer-driven metrics of cost, schedule and overall project quality.
If you want to do things right, you need to know the right people. With decades of experience purchasing everything from OEM equipment to structural steel and more, our procurement division has built and secured industry relations with a multitude of vendors to ensure optimal quality and fair value for all purchased materials.
While finding the right components is one thing, making sure they arrive on time is another. That’s why our procurement team also works closely with project management and modular fabrication teams to develop and follow a procurement schedule with the right lead times to meet deadlines.
