Roeslein & Associates has begun renovating their manufacturing plant in Michigan City, Indiana. The office building will undergo a complete interior remodel to modernize the space. They will install new flooring, cubicles, adjustable desks for all employees, and a new privacy wall near the office entryway. Construction started in 2021 and is estimated to be complete by January 2023.

Throughout the month of August, the Roeslein Way’s Community Service Committee organized a Back to School Drive to collect school supplies to benefit the Little Bit Foundation in St. Louis, MO. In July, their headquarters were severely damaged by flooding, causing extensive damage to their office, warehouse, and inventory of student essentials. Committee members collected binders, crayons, colored pencils, cash donations, and purchased items directly from the organization’s wish list.
Beginning July 20, Roeslein’s Brazil location hosted a month-long clothing drive to collect winter items for underserved families and individuals in the São Paulo area.
On Saturday, August 13, Roeslein’s Community Service Committee spent the day volunteering at the Longmeadow Rescue Ranch in Union, MO. Volunteers helped to rehabilitate and socialize formerly abused and neglected animals. Duties included feeding and watering the animals, cleaning stalls and corrals, mowing the grass, and performing various maintenance work.
After 29 years of service, former President of Roeslein & Associates Dave May is retiring from the company.
The Roeslein Way’s Charitable Giving committee recently sponsored the AJGA Dana Incorporated Junior Open held on July 18, 2022, at the Sylvania Country Club in Sylvania, OH.
Building upon existing foundations, Pride Conveyance Systems, a Roeslein company, has streamlined its manufacturing operations by implementing leadership training and LEAN manufacturing methods to meet increasing customer demand.
As of June 2022, Roeslein & Associates’ renewable natural gas construction services group will be led by Eric Bauder. The RNG Construction Services group will manage installation, set up equipment, and complete any groundwork needed to prepare the farm to collect the gas, as well as provide on-site support and management.
