On October 31, Roeslein & Associates, Inc. celebrated the one-year acquisition anniversary of Sager Metal Strip Company (Sager) in Michigan City, Indiana. The move adds an additional 100,000 square feet of conveyance fabrication space and expanded from 30 full-time employees to 43.
Roeslein & Associates has acquired Servtech, Inc., a vertically integrated, custom manufacturer of equipment for the oil and gas markets and mission-critical data center systems.
