Roeslein & Associates has begun renovating their manufacturing plant in Michigan City, Indiana. The office building will undergo a complete interior remodel to modernize the space. They will install new flooring, cubicles, adjustable desks for all employees, and a new privacy wall near the office entryway. Construction started in 2021 and is estimated to be complete by January 2023.

In addition to the renovation, RMC was approved for capital expenditure, including adding a Bystronic smart break press, a new Bystronic 6K laser, and a Strippit punch press. This equipment will allow RMC to improve inefficiencies by creating the bandwidth to take on more product lines, doubling their output, and ultimately increasing revenue.

“I think this renovation gives everyone a boost of confidence knowing that Roeslein is taking the time to add new equipment to the facility,” said Operations Manager Alex Strelinski. “It shows that Michigan City has played an integral part in our success over the past couple of years. Adding this equipment helps them foresee their future at Roeslein, knowing that we are investing things into this building. This is how we know that Michigan City is a valuable asset, and our people are performing at a high level.”

The renovation of Roeslein Michigan City is one of many recent updates the company has made to accommodate the continued growth of the company and customer demand.
