Roeslein & Associates announced today that the name of its wholly owned fabrication division in Red Bud, IL will change from Integrated Manufacturing Technologies (IMT) to Roeslein Modular Fabrication (RMF). The change comes as a response for the need to simplify the company’s overall branding message.
“We need our clients, vendors and the community to know that we [Roeslein and IMT] represent a unified business unit,” said Brian Sneed, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. “We want to eliminate the confusion of whether our clients are working with Roeslein or IMT, and the name change will accomplish that.”
Internally, there will be no change in the ownership structure or management of the former IMT. Roeslein will continue to function with its internal engineering, modular fabrication and construction services divisions, but the modular fabrication division will no longer be named IMT. The rebranding effort will be completed over the course of the next few months and should be completed by 2014.
