Roeslein Acquires Sager Metal Strip Company
Roeslein & Associates, Inc. is pleased to announce the acquisition of Sager Metal Strip Company (Sager) in a transaction that will be completed October 31, 2020. Sager has been a leading supplier of conveyance for the canmaking industry for more than 25 years out of their offices in Michigan City, Indiana.

The can making industry is expanding at an unprecedented rate. Many legacy can plants are being modernized with new technology, faster equipment, and can size change flexibility to meet the future market demands of 2-piece aluminum cans. Conversely, the supply of experienced canmaking personnel and knowledgeable maintainers is not keeping pace with the rapid expansion of the market.
Roeslein Completes Remote Start of Hanacans Greenfield Plant
The installation, start-up, and commissioning of a new greenfield can line was completed by Hanacans, Roeslein, Carnaud Metalbox Engineering, Stolle Corporation, and other valuable mainstream suppliers. It required a relationship of sincere trust, steadfast dedication, and tireless efforts to make this project a success from 10,000 miles away without active participation on site. All those involved were on board as a collaborative group to work through the difficulties COVID-19 presented, which affected travel and immigration restrictions in all parts of the globe.
Roeslein & Associates Opens New Location in São Paulo Region, Brazil
As Roeslein celebrates its 30th anniversary, they are pleased to announce the opening of their new engineering and manufacturing operations in the São Paulo region of Brazil. This location will be referred to as Roeslein Brazil and was incorporated in December of 2019.

Roeslein & Associates, a global provider of engineering, modular fabrication and construction services, has acquired Debno, Poland-based MCS Technology as part of its ongoing regional expansion.
MCS is a fabrication and construction company founded in 2015, and Roeslein has been using its services for several years on projects in the container manufacturing, packaging distribution and petrochemical industries, officials said Friday. Roeslein serves both the container manufacturing industry and the process and energy sectors.
