November 1st marks the first anniversary of Roeslein and Associates’ acquisition of Servtech, Inc. In the short time since the acquisition, Servtech has adapted to the exponential growth seen in the Oil & Gas industry by expanding its operational services group, extending its manufacturing floor space, and adding 27 new full-time employees on the production floor and in several engineering, administrative, and managerial positions.
Its St. Louis, Missouri, and Denver, Colorado, locations both participated in events giving back to those in need.
Roeslein’s Environmental Stewardship Committee hosted its first Aluminum Recycling “Canpaign” across all domestic locations from June 21 – September 22. The event was hosted to support Canned Water for Kids.
Roeslein’s Wellness Program hosted its annual Pedometer Challenge from July 19 – August 29 across all 9 of its global locations.
This June, Roeslein & Associates, Inc. celebrated Roeslein Global Safety Month with a series of activities designed to align with the National Safety Council’s Safety Month calendar. Each of Roeslein’s 10 global facilities participated in this year’s event.
Roeslein’s Charitable Giving Committee under The Roeslein Way recognized the growing amount of people going hungry and identified several different ways they could make an impact. Over the past year, Roeslein made several donations globally to continue the fight against hunger.
Roeslein’s Environmental Stewardship Committee held an Electronic Recycling Event for the company’s domestic offices from April 19 – April 26, 2021, in honor of Earth Day.

In January 2014, Roeslein transitioned into an ESOP company and has grown to include 400 plus employee-owners. Through organic growth and its integration of Pride Conveyance’s employees, Roeslein has added 165 employee-owners this past year.
