Roeslein & Associates celebrates a substantial safety milestone through its Roeslein Modular Fabrication facility in Red Bud, Illinois.
Roeslein Modular Fabrication (RMF) hit seven years without a lost time injury on June 17, 2023. In 2006, RMF opened in Red Bud, Illinois, with a handful of employees. Today the establishment holds over 185 employee-owners that help serve customers in the Container Manufacturing, Renewable Energy, Oil & Gas, and Industrial Manufacturing markets.
Ryan Kirkpatrick, EHS Director for Roeslein & Associates, emphasizes the importance of these safety milestones. He states, “It is very rare that we reach these in the industry that we are in. When we hit these milestones at our manufacturing facilities, it shows we are doing something right. It’s a unified vision for us. Regardless of how large and diverse our company is, our executive team always asks me how an employee is doing and how we can help them when an instance occurs. This has been consistent through my tenure with Roeslein and is one of the things I hold dear.”
Reaching safety milestones showcases a company as top tier in safety and injury management. These achievements lead to higher retention rates, reduced EMR and insurance costs, and ensure that employees are safe while not losing time from work. Roeslein has global safety standards, such as proper personal protective equipment (PPE) and facility guidelines, that are implemented to assist in reaching these goals while following the One Roeslein mentality and Roeslein ethos.
Roeslein’s other manufacturing facilities located in Hollister, California; Louisville, Colorado; Evans, Colorado; São Paulo, Brazil; Dębno, Poland; and Shanghai, China, also follow Roeslein’s strategic safety protocols to ensure that employees are safe.
