Roeslein & Associates is celebrating National ESOP Month as it nears the end of its fourth year as an employee-owned company. ESOP Month is an opportunity for ESOP companies across the U.S. to educate employee-owners and the public about the many ESOP benefits.

Roeslein’s employee ownership plan began on January 1, 2014 and has just over 300 employee-owners. In the first four years of being an ESOP company, Roeslein has seen a positive effect spread throughout its offices, as well as, a sense of ownership among its employee-owners. This momentum has pushed Roeslein towards many successes that include: record revenues, record profit sharing levels, employee growth within all divisions, and new customer acquisition across all market segments.

In an encouraging announcement to Roeslein’s employees, Brian Sneed, Vice President and CFO, wrote, “This success is driven by the hard work and dedication of our employee- owners. As a group we have made great strides in our continuous improvement program and it has resulted in better performance with regard to safety, quality, schedule and cost. Our clients have responded to our efforts by providing us with a large backlog of work. During the month of October, Roeslein released weekly ESOP announcements that reminded its employee-owners of important ESOP information, background of the company and ways Roeslein and its employees can help each other grow. To celebrate its employee-owners, Roeslein held a company picnic on October 14th in Red Bud, IL where employees and their families came together for food, bouncy houses and giveaways.
