Roeslein & Associates, Inc. attended the quarterly member meeting and Summit titled: Owners in Transition: Doing More with Less in Charleston, South Carolina on September 13th and 14th. This show allowed Roeslein representatives to interface with key decision makers from the industry. Roeslein was a Silver Sponsor at this event , which was the highest level of sponsorship at the conference.
During the Owners in Transition conference, President Dave May participated in a speaker’s panel discussing various topics with industry leaders. Additional attendees for this conference were Director of Business Development & Marketing, John DeMoulin, and Business Development Managers Pete McCall, Joe Miller and Robert Ellwood-Digel.
“The CURT Conference focused on owners being able to do more with less. As owners face pressures of limited internal resources and tightening deadlines, they look to their supply chain of engineering and construction firms, like Roeslein, to collaborate on best practices for its construction projects. This is paramount as owners look to improve safety, condense schedules, all while staying within budget and providing the highest quality,” said John DeMoulin.
Since joining CURT in March, Roeslein has become active in several of the CURT committees. These committees are led by owners who are passionate about bringing meaningful change and improvements to the areas of safety, productivity, as well as, cost-effectiveness and best practices for international capital projects.
CURT was founded in the fall of 2000 by construction and engineering executives representing major corporations from around the world who wanted to provide an avenue for the exchange of information, views, and policies of construction users from an array of industries.
