Anna comes to Roeslein with an impressive combination of higher education and leadership experience. She has received a Master’s in Chemical & Process Engineering, a Master’s of Business Administration and a PhD in Chemical Technology.

On November 16, 2023, during a gala in Warsaw, Poland, the PAP Local Government Service announced the results of the first edition of the “Good Business for the Commune 2023” competition. The award recognizes companies that cooperate harmoniously with the local government and significantly impact local development.
Roeslein Poland Opens Doors to New Facility

In 2019, Roeslein & Associates acquired MCS Technology and rebranded the operation as its Roeslein Poland facility. At the same time, the company purchased 12 acres of land to develop. After several years, construction, renovations, and expansions are complete, and a new manufacturing facility is ready to be unveiled.
The renovations to the current facilities will allow Roeslein’s Poland team to better organize its departments and workflow, as well as allow an increase in production capacity and the manufacturing of larger modules. Each department will also have dedicated areas to improve efficiency and streamline operations for a quicker output of units, leading to reduced project times.

Roeslein Donates to Ukraine Refugees
Roeslein’s Poland facility sits in the Krakow region near the Ukraine border, where many Ukrainian refugees have fled for safety. At the end of April, Roeslein organized and executed a company-wide fundraiser that spanned two weeks to assist the local community in humanitarian efforts.
Roeslein Poland Celebrates 3 Year Anniversary
On October 1, Roeslein & Associates, Inc. celebrated the three-year acquisition anniversary of MCS Technology in Debno, Poland. Since the acquisition, the Poland office has expanded from 18 full-time employees to more than 100 and increased its footprint to more than 10,000-square-meters.
