We Design, Build and Deliver
Roeslein has been a leading expert in anaerobic digestion for more than five years. As an operator and supplier, we understand the full scope of renewable natural gas projects, from biogas generation and capture to pipeline interconnects. The same Biogas Upgrading Systems we use in our own projects are now available as discrete units, with pre-integrated measurement tools for swift monetization.

Turn Swine, Dairy and Landfill Waste Into Revenue
The Right Model for Your Operation
Manufactured in Red Bud, Illinois, all our Biogas Upgrading Systems meet domestic material requirements to earn a full 40% Investment Tax Credit.
The Micro System ranges from 25 to 125 SCFM
Like the Mid-Size System, it comes equipped with integrated feed and product measurement tools that meet current Renewable Fuel Standard and Low Carbon Fuel Standard program requirements, along with a data historian to measure output over the lifetime of the system.
The Mid-Size System ranges from 200 to 650 SCFM
It includes integrated feed and product measurement tools that meet current Renewable Fuel Standard and Low Carbon Fuel Standard program requirements, along with a data historian to measure output over the lifetime of the system.
Success Stories
Whether we’re co-developing a $50MM turnkey project or installing a 50 SCFM component, we expertly engineer, fabricate and install scalable, sustainable biogas production systems for swine, dairy, wastewater and landfill operations.
All of a sudden we go from selling 1.4 to 1.5 million pigs a year to almost 2 million. Now my feed mills are used at 100% and my trucking fleet is used at 100%. All that math falls to the bottom line. That is pivotal. We’ve come a long, long way, and part of what has helped us get to where we are today is the relationship we have with Roeslein.
Smithfield and [Roeslein] have been innovating ‘manure-to-energy’ technology together in Missouri since 2014. Our companies have a longstanding commitment to renewable energy, and we’re thrilled to be one step closer to having nearly all our Missouri finishing farms engaged in producing RNG.
Applying [Roeslein’s] anaerobic digester technology, as well as additional circular technologies and environmental protections, to Smithfield’s hog farms is a significant and meaningful step towards addressing methane emissions at their source. Advancing and scaling proven GHG abating technologies like those used by Monarch is central to our mission at TPG Rise Climate.
Maximize Tax Advantages in 2024
The Inflation Reduction Act extended the range of renewable energy tax credits to include biogas production and other renewable natural gas projects in an effort to maximize American biogas production. Those credits are scheduled to expire December 31, 2024, and operators hoping to benefit from them should commit to their renewable natural gas projects this year to ensure they qualify.
