Roeslein proudly offers professional development and leadership opportunities to our employees. In a strategic step to better support our global growth and continuously growing company, we would like to announce the promotions of the following key players: 

Steve Boing is being promoted to Product Manager and will merge into Roeslein’s new Products Group which aims to provide customers with additional resources and tools for Roeslein’s leading products.  

Sarah Davidson is being promoted to the Executive Director of HR. Sarah joined Roeslein in 2013 and has helped grow the company from under 200 employees to nearly 1,400 employees globally. In 2020, she won the St. Louis Business Journal’s HR Award for outstanding performance in her industry. 

Michael Druzkowski is being promoted to the Technology Director of Roeslein Poland overseeing the engineering and manufacturing teams in Debno. 

Bob Hayes is being promoted to the Operations Manager of South America, located in Roeslein’s Sao Paulo, Brazil facility. He will continue to grow the locations Engineering Processes, Continuous Improvement, Project Management, and Project Planning departments.  

Chris Hutson is being promoted to the Director of Products & Lifecycle Services. He will continue to streamline and improve Roeslein’s lifecycle services, positioning Roeslein to offer spare parts, plant assessments, product enhancements, retrofits and rebuilds, efficiency improvements, field services, technical support, on-demand training, and lifecycle planning.  

Chris Maue, P.E.,is being promoted to the Director of Electrical Engineering & Design out of the St. Louis, Missouri headquarters. 

Chuck Mohs is being promoted to Senior Product Manager and will merge into Roeslein’s new Products Group which aims to provide customers with additional resources and tools for Roeslein’s leading products. 

Derek OBrien is being promoted to the Director of Manufacturing, Conveyance.  Derek’s estimating, and scheduling experience will improve communication, manufacturing balance, and financial consistency across all Roeslein locations. 

Carl Rutherford is being promoted to the Director of Manufacturing, Europe. He will be located in Roeslein’s UK office and oversee efforts correlated to Roeslein Debno, where it does a majority of its European manufacturing.  

Joel Thomas is being promoted to VP of Manufacturing, for Pride Conveyance Systems, a Roeslein Company. With Joel’s experience and attention to detail, Pride remains the premier conveyor supplier in the industry. His technical and problem-solving skills are in high demand as the D&I industry continues to push the envelope on product lightweighting and production line speeds. As part of Roeslein’s ongoing goals to improve manufacturing efficiency, standardized products, and production output, Joel will now provide direct oversight of Roeslein’s conveyor manufacturing operations in Michigan City, IN, and Red Bud, IL. 

Roy Westwood is being promoted to the Director of Operations, UK. Roy has helped to grow the Systems Engineering team, including helping Roeslein become a globally recognized Enterprise Ignition Integrator. 

Roeslein would like to congratulate these individuals for their accomplishments and thank them for contributing to the company’s strategic growth. With these promotions, Roeslein and its family of brands will continue to position themselves for the ongoing industry growth, positioning themselves to support their customers regionally and globally.
