Roeslein Products Group Holds LEAN Tagging Event

Roeslein’s new Products group took LEAN manufacturing methods to the shop floor in September at their first group tagging event in Red Bud, IL. Employees on the shop floor, across all disciplines, focused on product innovation and continuous improvement. They were given blue and white tags, white being high-priority, and asked to tag areas for value stream improvement.

Roeslein & Associates Celebrates ESOP Month

In October, companies with an employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) come together to celebrate employee ownership. Throughout the month of October, Roeslein & Associates celebrated their 8th year as an employee-owned company across all domestic locations. The company held weekly employee appreciation events at each office and launched an internal communications campaign to further educate its employee-owners on what employee ownership means and the culture behind it.

Continuous Improvement with Brian Hanger

Roeslein’s Continuous Improvement (CI) program was formed in 2017 to help the company become a highly effective and efficient organization through a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. Employees can submit ideas through an employee portal and are recognized for the implementation of their ideas through a points system and company-wide recognition awards. This program is derived from a Lean Project Management system uniltizing Kanban-style idea boards, both digital and analog.
