Roeslein’s new Products group took LEAN manufacturing methods to the shop floor in September at their first group tagging event in Red Bud, IL. Employees on the shop floor, across all disciplines, focused on product innovation and continuous improvement. They were given blue and white tags, white being high-priority, and asked to tag areas for value stream improvement.

Roeslein & Associates, Inc. is proud to have been named 22nd on the list of Largest Engineering Firms in St. Louis by the Saint Louis Business Journal. This list is based on the total number of licensed engineers that a company employs. Currently, Roeslein has more than 20 Professional Engineers on staff worldwide.
Expanding Capabilities in Shanghai
Roeslein opened the Shanghai location in 2011 with the purpose of supporting several canmaking facilities in the surrounding areas. Now, seven years later, Roeslein has the capacity to take on the full scope of canmaking projects and has grown its workforce by adding local engineers, marketing, and project management positions.
Shanghai’s level of expertise and experience has paralleled this growth making it home to several new major projects including the design-build of Greenfield can plants in Qingdao, China and H.C.M.C., Vietnam.

The two-piece D&I canmaking plant is located in the northern state of Haryana, near New Delhi and close to a number of key brewers.
Roeslein Sponsors the Boy Scouts of America 2017 Engineering Badge
Roeslein & Associates, Inc. has recently sponsored a new initiative by the Boy Scouts of America (BSA), Greater St. Louis Area Council, to further promote their Boy Scout Merit Badge Program. Roeslein & Associates donated $2,500 to the 2017 Merit Badge Program. This donation is in addition to the employee matching program they offer, which has given up to $5,000 to the Boy Scouts of America the past several years.
