Roeslein Alternative Energy, sister company to Roeslein & Associates, was named the 2016 Groundbreaker of the Year by BBI International, at the annual International Biomass Conference and Expo in Charlotte, North Carolina on April 12, 2016.
Roeslein Alternative Energy (RAE) has recently launched a significant project, which warrants the nomination for this award. RAE has partnered with Smithfield Hog Production (SHP) of Missouri.
Roeslein & Associates, Inc. has seen an increase in production in the last several years that warrants the company to expand its modular fabrication production hours and size of its fabrication facility. With an increase in clientele and production demand, the company is set to add an entire second shift in their modular fabrication facility in Red Bud, IL in 2016, which will call for new assemblers, electricians, industrial painters, and welders. Additional designers, engineers and construction mangers in their St. Louis corporate headquarters will also be required.
Roeslein & Associates, Inc. was named to St. Louis Business Journal’s Top 150 Privately Held Companies for 2016. This honor is bestowed upon companies in the greater St. Louis Metro who have had the largest increase in revenue for the previous fiscal year. Coming in at number 84 out of 150 companies, Roeslein saw a 58% increase in revenue last year due partially to several large projects based in Burlington, Iowa; Roxana, Illinois; and Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
Roeslein & Associates, Inc.’s Wellness Committee recently held its second annual blood drive. This year’s blood drive took place in its St. Louis office on March 24, 2016, and was through Mississippi Valley Regional Blood Center. The company donated 15 units of blood, around 6,750 ml, which will help save close to 45 lives.

Roeslein & Associates, Inc. was presented with a certificate of achievement and a plaque by the American Red Cross for their safety prepared readiness Wednesday, March 9, 2016. The company achieved a standard set by the American Red Cross and their Ready Rating program to be prepared in the case of an emergency or disaster.
Roeslein & Associates, Inc. was recently named to the Best Places to Work list by the Saint Louis Business Journal.
The Best Places to Work is awarded based solely on surveys completed by employees about their workplace. Roeslein was one of nearly 150 companies in the Metro Area to compete for this award. Each company was evaluated and measured on communication, management structure, benefits, teamwork and other factors important to employees. Forty-six companies were recognized and divided into five categories according to size, in which Roeslein was among the medium companies ranging from 100-249 employees within the survey area.
Roeslein & Associates, Inc. is exhibiting at ChinaCan in Shanghai, China and will be offering a technical presentation featuring information on Ultra Violet Bottom Coating and Coolant Filtration systems. Robert Hayes, Technical Product Handling Specialist, and Walter Liang, D&I Sales Manager China, will present two systems from Roeslein’s array of product offerings in both English and Chinese languages.
Roeslein & Associates, Inc. is expanding its first and second shift at its Modular Fabrication Facility in Red Bud, Ill. and will be holding a career fair at 401 Randolph Street on March 4, 2016.
What started in 2006 as 50,000 square feet and 15 workers has seen tremendous growth as Roeslein expands its modular fabrication offerings. Currently at more than 375,000 square feet on 24 acres, Roeslein Modular Fabrication employs more than 185 people and is looking to expand the number even more.
