Roeslein & Associates, Inc. has experienced record growth in the last few years and is working to fill nearly 25 positions across three offices.
To aid in talent acquisition, the Human Resources department at Roeslein is set to launch a new Roeslein Careers portal with an aim to streamline the hiring process from initial job posting all the way through the hiring process. The new portal will feature the company’s latest job listings, the opportunity for applicants to apply directly online and will allow Roeslein’s recruiting team to better match submitted resumes to their open positions.
In the last two years, Roeslein’s worldwide employee base has grown from 150 to more than 400 employees. This exponential growth effects many parts of Roeslein’s business. “For the last 25 years, Roeslein has been a company that values a great relationship with our employees and places an emphasis on maintaining a strong, family-oriented company culture. As we grow, it’s important for us to maintain that culture and make sure that we continue to be an employer people are proud to work for,” said Human Resources Manager, Sarah Davidson.
“Our new portal will allow us to better match our job candidates with available positions to ensure that we’re not only finding the best people, but that our employees have a satisfying work experience,” Davidson continued.
Roeslein’s career portal is part of a larger, overall recruiting strategy including an annual internship program, student and professional career fairs, local community activities and outreach, as well as, a revamped social media strategy.
