Roeslein & Associates, Inc. attended the quarterly meeting and summit in Cincinnati, Ohio, April 10th-12th. This event allowed Roeslein Business Development Managers, Pete McCall and Rob Ellwood-Digel to interact with key decision makers from the industry. Since joining the Construction Users Roundtable (CURT), Roeslein has become active in several committees that are led by owners who are passionate about bringing meaningful change and improvements to their industries.

Most recently, Roeslein has joined and helped establish the Offsite Construction Committee, whose goal is to, “engage with a broad array of construction industry stakeholders to identify and assemble leading practice solutions that will support, improve and accelerate efforts related to the successful implementation and delivery of off-site fabrication and modularization. This effort will provide CURT members with the modularization and prefabrication tools and resources needed to meet the ever more difficult project execution goals of reducing cost and schedule while maintaining a safe construction work environment.”

“We believe that the Offsite Construction Committee’s goals match well with Roeslein’s mission and strengths. Being a part of this committee is a great opportunity to collaborate with other construction industry stakeholders on how best to utilize offsite construction and modularization strategies to improve productivity, reduce cost, and schedule as well as leverage a Prevention thru Design strategy to minimize project safety risks for owners and contractors,” said Pete McCall.

Coming up, Roeslein will attend the CURT Lean Summit in Minneapolis, MN, June 12-14th.

CURT was founded in the fall of 2000 by construction and engineering executives representing major corporations from around the world who wanted to provide an avenue for the exchange of information, views, and policies of construction users from an array of industries.  If interested in learning more about CURT, you can visit their website at
