With an increased emphasis on overall health and fitness in mainstream society, the Wellness Committee at Roeslein & Associates in Saint Louis, MO strives to make wellness attainable for all of the firm’s 350 employees worldwide.

The mission of the Roeslein Wellness Program is to enrich employee’s lives by creating a work environment that supports a healthy lifestyle and provides educational opportunities and resources to maintain a life of health, balance, and wellbeing.

In the past year since the program’s launch, the Wellness Committee, headed by HR Manager Sarah Davidson, has sponsored health screenings, fitness challenges, educational seminars, and established a points-based reward system to encourage employees to take an active role in their health and fitness.

“We wanted to create a program that would fit the diverse range of our employees,” said Davidson. “Some people are avid runners, some really want to keep their blood pressure in check, and others are striving towards total mind and body wellness. Our program helps reach out to all of them and creates a great catalyst for living well daily.”
