Throughout the month of August, the Roeslein Way’s Community Service Committee organized a Back to School Drive to collect school supplies to benefit the Little Bit Foundation in St. Louis, MO. In July, their headquarters were severely damaged by flooding, causing extensive damage to their office, warehouse, and inventory of student essentials. Committee members collected binders, crayons, colored pencils, cash donations, and purchased items directly from the organization’s wish list.
“The Little Bit Foundation has a significant impact on our community. This is the second year we’ve been able to support them, and with the flooding they endured this summer, it was even more meaningful for us,” Community Service Committee Lead Dawn Null said. “Their cause is so special to us, and we look forward to continuingto provide for local students.”
