by Roeslein Roeslein

For the eighth consecutive year, Roeslein & Associates, Inc. was named to St. Louis Business Journal’s Top 150 Privately Held Companies for 2018. This honor is bestowed upon companies in the greater St. Louis Metro Area who have had the largest revenue for the previous fiscal year.

2017 was a year of substantial growth. Throughout the year, Roeslein expanded its European office, added 36 additional employees in administration, engineering, fabrication, and construction fields, expanded its product line with the addition of its decorator cooling system, announced its acquisition of Pride Conveyance Systems, and invested $2 million in automated machinery and systems with the goal of increasing Roeslein’s fabrication efficiency and furthering its push for lean processes.

Vice President and CFO Brian Sneed commented, “Roeslein is proud to be affiliated with this stellar list of companies comprising the Business Journal Top 150. We want to congratulate our employee-owners for the hard work and dedication they continue to display as we continue to push our company to new heights. The year 2017 was highlighted by the acquisition of Pride Conveyance Systems in Hollister, California. This acquisition has positioned Roeslein to achieve record levels of revenue for 2018 and beyond. Thanks again to our clients, employee-owners and suppliers for partnering with us for another successful year.”

With the acquisition of Pride Conveyance Systems – a conveyance fabricator for the beverage, beer, and food industries – Roeslein has been able to expand its resource pool and industry scope. These combined resources has led to reduced project lead times on production and provided operations support to a wider geographic range of clients and projects. Roeslein plans to use this opportunity to diversify its service offerings by pursuing filling, packaging, and material handling within the canmaking industry, and in other industries such as consumer products, oil and gas, data centers, alternative energy, and others.

Currently, Roeslein has 30 openings companywide with 22 of them being in St. Louis. Additional highlights from 2017 include Roeslein achieving 500,000 hours without an LTI; the completion of PABC – the first can manufacturing plant in Islamabad with the support of the Pakistan Government; expanding fabrication capabilities in its Asia facility; celebrating 10 years of operation in Denver, Colorado and the United Kingdom; being named one of Fastest Growing Companies by the St. Louis Business Journal; expanding its market outreach and pushing forward with increased involvement in off-site construction committees through the Construction Users Roundtable.
