Roeslein Modular Fabrication (RMF) hit seven years without a lost time injury on June 17, 2023. In 2006, RMF opened in Red Bud, Illinois, with a handful of employees. Today the establishment holds over 185 employee-owners that help serve customers in the Container Manufacturing, Renewable Energy, Oil & Gas, and Industrial Manufacturing markets.
Roeslein Poland is undergoing a full-scale renovation and expansion of its facilities to accommodate the company’s rapid growth and meet customer demand.
Building upon existing foundations, Pride Conveyance Systems, a Roeslein company, has streamlined its manufacturing operations by implementing leadership training and LEAN manufacturing methods to meet increasing customer demand.
Roeslein is proud to announce the promotion of Dr. Gangwei Wu as the new Vice President of Global Manufacturing. Over the past ten years, Gangwei has spearheaded our Asia operations, growing our Shanghai team from a seed to over 100 employees and $30+ million in annual revenue.
On October 31, Roeslein & Associates, Inc. celebrated the one-year acquisition anniversary of Sager Metal Strip Company (Sager) in Michigan City, Indiana. The move adds an additional 100,000 square feet of conveyance fabrication space and expanded from 30 full-time employees to 43.

Sager has been a leading supplier of conveyance for the canmaking industry for more than 25 years out of their offices in Michigan City, Indiana.

In 2002, Rudi Roeslein, Chief Executive Officer of Roeslein & Associates, approached USTDA to fund a feasibility study on the construction of a two-piece can manufacturing facility in Nigeria. At the time Roeslein & Associates was looking to expand into emerging economies, but the company was too small to fund a study on market potential in a country like Nigeria. As a result, USTDA provided $251,080 for Roeslein to conduct a feasibility study to determine if the financial, economic and design of the facility would support the building of the only can making facility in Sub-Saharan Africa. In manufacturing the canning facility, Roeslein builds the modular pieces in Red Bud, Illinois, about 25 miles southeast of St. Louis. Once assembled the individual can manufacturing modules are then shipped in standard shipping containers, and connected on-site to form a full two-piece can manufacturing facility. This type of factory design allows for technical work to be exported, and is easier to assemble than more traditional factory designs where the entire facility is constructed on-site.
