Roeslein & Associates donated surplus electrical materials to the University of Missouri’s Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Department. This donation was facilitated through the Josh Seidel Memorial Foundation and their work with the local STEM community.

Roeslein & Associates, Inc. has been named one of the Best Places to Work (BPTW) in St. Louis by the Saint Louis Business Journal. This is the second time the company has achieved this award.
Taking the stage at Canmaker Summit and Asia Cantech
For the canmaking industry, as well as, Roeslein & Associates it has been a year of growth and innovation. Roeslein’s Vice Chairman Dave May and Systems Engineering Director J.C. Harrison were able to speak on both subjects at the Canmaker Summit and Asia Cantech, two of the industry’s largest tradeshows.
Roeslein Acquires MCS Technology of Dębno, Poland
Roeslein & Associates announces the acquisition of MCS Technology.
On October 1st, 2018, Roeslein & Associates completed the acquisition of MCS Technology, a fabrication and construction firm, located in Dębno, Poland. MCS was founded in 2015 by Jerzy Sroka and Tomasz Czechowski and works with some of the industry’s largest clients. Roeslein has been utilizing the services of MCS for several years on a variety of projects in the container manufacturing, packaging distribution, and petrochemical industries.
Roeslein Sponsors Run for the Heroes – Benefiting Missouri Fallen Soldiers
In conjunction with celebrating its employee-owners for National ESOP month, Roeslein honored Missouri’s fallen heroes by sponsoring and participating in the Missouri Military Memorial Foundation’s 8th Annual Walk/Run for the Heroes held at Jefferson Barracks Park. Roeslein was a Five Star sponsor of the event and hosted 60 participants in the race. This event was open to the public and had nearly 1000 participants.
Roeslein Shanghai Operations Relocates to a Larger Facility
Roeslein & Associates relocated its Shanghai, China operations to a new facility in the district of SongJiang, Shanghai.
Roeslein opened the Shanghai operations in 2011 with the purpose of supporting several can manufacturing facilities throughout Asia. Now, eight years later, Roeslein’s Shanghai operation is ISO 9001-2015 certified and has engineering, procurement, fabrication, and construction (EPFC) capacity to take on the full scope of projects including can line integration and fabricating unitized systems, conveyance, line control, coolant filtration systems, ultraviolet bottom coaters, and customized process modules for various industries.
Roeslein Celebrates its 5th Year as an Employee-Owned Company
Roeslein & Associates is celebrating National ESOP Month as it nears the end of its fifth year as an employee-owned company. ESOP Month is an opportunity for ESOP companies across the United States to educate its employee-owners and the public about the many benefits of employee-ownership.
In January 2014, Roeslein transitioned into an ESOP company and has grown to include 400 plus employee-owners. Through organic growth and its integration of Pride Conveyance’s employees, Roeslein has added 165 employee-owners this past year.
Rudi Roeslein Receives Saint Louis University Alumni Merit Award
Rudi Roeslein, founder of Roeslein & Associates and Roeslein Alternative Energy, received the 2018 Saint Louis University Alumni Merit Award. Saint Louis University honors distinguished graduates in recognition of their outstanding achievements, dedication to a chosen profession, and commitment to the mission of the University. The National Alumni Board, Development Division, and SLU leadership from twelve SLU schools and colleges select the winners.
Rudi gave credit to Saint Louis University for giving him the foundations and understanding of the principles, physics, and equations that enabled him to succeed in his career. Rudi went on to say, “SLU instilled a work ethic in me that pushed me to work hard for everything I wanted to achieve. In turn, that is how my life has gone – I have worked very hard to make each of my businesses successful and to achieve each of my accomplishments.”
Ignition Firebrand Award – Improving Productivity for Dana Incorporated
Inductive Automation presented Roeslein & Associates with the Ignition Firebrand Award for the project it completed for Dana Incorporated on September 20th. This award is presented to companies who successfully implemented exceptional real-world Ignition applications.
Starting in March of this year, Roeslein has incorporated Ignition into six facilities, with twenty planned for the near future. Based on the applications Roeslein has installed, Dana has seen a 30% improvement in some sites. Other sites have seen expedited launch curves – some launches that normally take six months, are now only taking six weeks.
