Roeslein Names New Leadership Team

Roeslein & Associates, Inc. is pleased to announce recent changes to its leadership group and the introduction of a new organizational structure. Roeslein’s goal in this reorganization is to provide clients, employees, and vendors with a seamless transition of leadership that places emphasis on business relationships built over the company’s 30-year history.

Rudi Roeslein will continue to serve as CEO and will take on the additional title of Chairman of the Board, with Dave May transitioning to Vice Chairman of the Board. The two will focus on the company’s overall strategy and future planning, emphasizing sustainable growth and adding value for Roeslein’s employee-owners, clients, and society.

Roeslein Launches Global Parts and Support Services

Roeslein & Associate’s Lifecycle Support division launched an all-encompassing Global Parts and Support platform. Roeslein has seen an increased demand for spare parts, equipment repairs, system upgrades and optimization. Staying at the forefront of can line and process technology, Roeslein has developed dedicated support resources and created a wide selection of tools while providing a framework for continuous improvement for its existing and future clients. For the eighth consecutive year, Roeslein & Associates, Inc. was named to St. Louis Business Journal’s Top 150 Privately Held Companies for 2018. This honor is bestowed upon companies in the greater St. Louis Metro Area who have had the largest revenue for the previous fiscal year.

Roeslein Internship Program Continues to Grow

Roeslein & Associates welcomes its largest class of interns into its 2018 internship program. These nineteen interns are spread throughout many departments and fields including: electrical engineering, manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, construction, systems engineering, technology engineering, and purchasing.

Roeslein Hits Another Safety Milestone: One Year Without Recordable Injury

Roeslein & Associates is proud to announce that its fabrication facility in Red Bud, IL has reached one year without a recordable injury and 541,000 hours without a lost time injury. This accomplishment comes just two months after Roeslein as a whole reached one million hours worked without a lost time incident. Roeslein’s commitment to continuous improvement in safety and productivity has been a key element to its success.

Doing More With the Addition of a Watts-Mueller Pipe Cutting Machine

Roeslein & Associates recently purchased and installed a Watts-Mueller CNC Computer Controlled W-244 Pipe Cutting Machine at its fabrication facility in Red Bud, IL. This pipe cutting machine is part of Roeslein’s recent $2 million investment in automated machinery and systems with the goal of increasing Roeslein’s fabrication efficiency and furthering its push for lean processes.

Vector Solutions Honors Ryan Kirkpatrick For Safety Achievements

On March 6^th, Roeslein & Associates’ EHS Manager, Ryan Kirkpatrick, was recognized by Vector Solutions for his outstanding achievements in the area of safety at a special recognition and medal ceremony. Kirkpatrick and five other “Safety Champions” were nominated for this recognition by their peers and co-workers. Vector Solutions selected these six honorees based on each person’s special dedication to mitigating hazards in the workplace.
