Updating Conveyance Technology to Meet Market Demand

During the pandemic, the container manufacturing industry saw skyrocketing sales. Consumers were spending, increasing the demand for production and the types of products in creation. The market was forced to continue to diversify with size changes as consumers preferred sleek cans to transitional cans. Additionally, many customers were requesting greenfield facilities, line additions, facility expansions, and line speed-ups. “The demand for aluminum beverage cans was reaching unprecedented levels. Roeslein’s Human Resources Team Volunteers at Local Food Bank

As part of their internal Human Resources Conference, Roeslein’s HR team volunteered at the local food bank in St. Louis, Missouri, on Tuesday, October 4th, 2022. Employees and community members spent the afternoon packing food into boxes to be donated to families within the community. Together they were able to process over 10,000 lbs. of food, the equivalent of 8,473 meals for the hungry.

Roeslein & Associates Celebrates Hispanic Heritage Month

In celebration of Hispanic Heritage month, the Roeslein Way’s Diversity and Inclusion committee organized a series of events and an internal communications campaign for all of Roeslein’s domestic locations. From September 15th to October 15th, Hispanic Heritage Month is an annual celebration of the history and culture of U.S. Latinx and Hispanic communities.

Roeslein Employees Volunteer with Habitat for Humanity

On Saturday, September 24th, 2022, members of Roeslein’s Community Service Committee worked with Habitat for Humanity in St. Louis to build 8 frame sections for a new home in North St. Louis County. Roeslein’s team worked out of the Habitat for Humanity Warehouse in South St. Louis City to build these frames while also assisting the Habitat team with organizing and cleaning their construction warehouse.
